Use our commercial lease application to apply for one of our properties . Please fill it out as completely as possible. Be sure to sign at the bottom of the application. You can sign digitally through Adobe Acrobat by selecting “Fill & Sign” from the menu, then selecting “Sign Yourself” from the top menu bar.
Pay Application Fee Online
The application process fee can be paid online through Zego. The fee cost is $45 per application. You will need to set up an account that can be used later to pay rent for most of the properties we manage. When making the application fee payment, PLEASE SELECT “Application Fee” in the Properties the dropdown menu.

Pay Rent Online
Rent payments for most of the properties we manage can be paid online. You will need to create an account through Zego. When making the rent payment in Zego, please select your corresponding unit address in the dropdown menu. Zego is a 3rd party vendor we use, you will need to contact them directly for any questions/support needs.
